VANCOUVER - Novagold Resources Inc. reported the successful closing of the previously disclosed acquisition of Barrick Mining Corporation's 50% interest in the Donlin Gold project, establishing new ownership of Donlin Gold LLC to advance the Donlin Gold project in Alaska.
